Professional automatic tyre changer ideal for use in garages and tyre repair shops. Designed to operate on car and light commercial vehicle wheels up to 25”. Simultaneous vertical and horizontal arm locking system, vertical arm with spring return. Bead breaker equipped with twin adjustable blade and arm system which enables to operate on wheels up to 12” width. Complete with pedal operated tyre inflation. Body with removable pedal unit. Single speed 230V Pedal operated inflating device & inflation gauge Tubeless inflation integrated in clamping jaws External inflation system Pneumatic positioning of tool arm HPX-WS :Professional side presser HPX-WS recommended to operate on particularly hard and large-sized Run-Flat and UHP Tyres. Vertical rear tilting post
Automatic tyre changer with pneumatic rear tilting post granting the maximum rigidity to prevent rim damage.Reinforced base vertical post structure and 60×60 mm horizontal arm grant maximum rigidity. Simultaneous vertical and horizontal arm locking system, vertical arm with spring return.
Self-centring turntable 10-25”
Self- centering round turntable to ease bead- breaking of the second tyre bead. Rim locking through opposed- jaws device (10”-22” range), with 80 mm diameter cylinders , which guarantees an optimal grip on all types of rims. Dual rotation directions (clockwise/anti-clockwise) and double speed by pedal control.
Structure
Body with removable pedal unit for easy maintenance. Pedal-operated inflating device, manometer and CE-certified inflation pressure limiter.
Bead breaking arm
Bead breaker equipped with twin adjustable blade and arm system which enables to operate on large wheels up to 12” in width.

Bead breaker with double-acting cylinder, articulated blade and adjustable bead breaker blade penetration stroke limiter.
Versions on request
Variable speed version with Motoinverter with torque control ensure time optimisation and energy saving compared with traditional motors.Is also available the version with an effective inflation device for bead seating integrated in clamping jaws.The pneumatic positioning of tool arm is also available on request (factory assembled).
Optional arms
HPX-STD, HPX-ADVANCE arms and the additional bead-pushing device HPX-FA recommended to operate on particularly hard and large-sized Run-Flat and UHP tyres are available in option.
