REFUND POLICY

  • If you have any questions regarding a refund, please contact us first to discuss.
  • Products that have been delivered damaged will be replaced immediately and we will arrange to have the damaged item collected and returned.
  • In the unusual circumstance of faulty capital equipment, we will always try to repair first. If we are unable to rectify any majoy faults with capital equipment that is under warranty, we can make arrangements for replacement or an alternative solution.
  • We carry a full range of spare parts and are always available to carry out repairs and servicing on all our products.
  • Any item returned for refund is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any shipping charges that were invoiced will not be refunded. Goods are to be returned at the customers expense.
