All our goods will be shipped by GLS Couriers unless specified otherwise. You can also track your order online https://gls-group.eu/IE/en/parceltracking We endeavour to despatch all orders on the same day once payment has been processed.
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, telephone number and postal code (where applicable). You or an authorised assignee must be available to take delivery of all ordered products. All deliveries are made within normal working hours and we cannot provide a specific delivery time as this will depend on the specific delivery company's schedule. Typically you should receive a phone call prior to delivery from the courier.
You can return goods to AutoQuip within 7 days of despatch with a copy of your invoice. Please contact us at
AutoQuip will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged while being returned to AutoQuip where the customer has arranged their own shipping.
For goods deemed by the customer to be faulty, damaged, or not fit for use, please return to AutoQuip. Once the goods have been assessed by us and deemed to be faulty, damaged or not fit for use, will offer a replacement product at no charge.
